The fois gràs de canard with hot croutons give a touch of internationality, that come close to our traditional main courses of our territory, Toscana and Liguria, as the Lasagna Tordellata and bean tagliarini.
The meat is extraordinary: for sure you have to taste our filet beef, soft and juicy, our sweet and sour aplle duck chest, with his better cooking and a perfect contrast between spicy sour sauce and sweet delicacy of the duck. Or, you can taste a good peposo (the best dish of Brunelleschi) with cornmeal of fry mais.
The side dishes are seasonal, on furnace or pan, delicious and simple.
The final delight are the desserts created by mom’s owners, as the the chocolate caprese cake with pepper and grappa, or the hot apple cake with handmade ice cream with meringue: a delight of cremosity.
